eurodata invests in BI consulting company

eurodata, the leading supplier of cloud-based software solutions for trade networks, tax advisers and SMEs, has acquired a majority share in the consultancy firm NOW!  The new company name will reflect this: NOW! Consulting becomes eurodata NOW!

NOW! Consulting GmbH is firmly established on the German-speaking markets for business intelligence consultancy since 2003. The company is known as an operator, architect and implementer of BI solutions such as IBM Cognos as well as Informatica and Microsoft solutions. With eurodata AG, NOW! Consulting has now found a new partner who will enable  sustainable growth and help in developing new business segments.

eurodata CEO Uwe Richter, for his part, recognises interesting synergies: “With our commitment, we can expand eurodata’s software portfolio to attractive BI applications and individual, client-specific solutions. As a plus, eurodata NOW! is already developing BI applications for our franchise information system and for our data integration solution.”

Via the eurodata group, eurodata NOW! additionally extends its status as IBM Business Partner and Informatica Partner to also being an arcplan partner. The group’s portfolio is complemented by being SAP certified, having its own expert developer team and its own, ISO 27001-certified high security data centre.
