Algoright e.V. is an association of young scientists who occupy themselves with the challenges digitalisation poses to society. The topic is viewed from a great variety of perspectives, with legal and ethical aspects in particular playing an important role. The aim is to sensitise both industry and society as regards the development and use of algorithms.

Given that this perspective fits in with the principles of software development at eurodata, it is obviously right to offer some support. So eurodata has committed itself to helping Algoright with an annual donation, and also makes a contribution by making premises available for presentations and other events. Together, the aim is to make sure that digitalisation stays on the right track and that more consideration is given to issues such as dealing responsibly with AI and complying with ethical principles.
