Each year, kununu awards the ‘Top Company Seal’ to all the companies that have an average score of at least 3.8 stars – assessed by their own employees. Not only does the score need to be 3.8 stars or better; it doesn’t count if it dates back more than one year either. So far, eurodata has achieved a score of 4.0.
It is the appreciative, cooperative atmosphere, the modern work environment and the innovative and flexible work time models that the employees assess so positively. But the support eurodata gives its staff with regard to individual advanced training courses is also very much appreciated. The family environment and the interesting, forward-looking tasks ensure that the workforce stay content and the work climate is positive, and at the end of the day, these are features from which the customer benefits too. Another fact that deserves some emphasis is that eurodata also promotes social commitment – both with projects of its own and as a sponsor of projects to which its staff give active support themselves in the private sphere.
